Common Issues

1) Sign-in problems
Asia Analyst supports approved company accounts only.
Please sign in with your authorized @asia-pp.com account and confirm your account is active.

2) Not receiving push notifications
Go to iPhone Settings > Notifications > Asia Analyst, then enable Alerts, Sounds, and Badges.

3) Data not syncing across devices
Check your internet connection, confirm iCloud is available, and reopen the app.

4) Face ID / Touch ID quick unlock not working
Make sure Face ID/Touch ID is enabled on your device, then re-enable Quick Unlock from the app profile settings.
