Asia Plastics ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Asia Analyst mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the app.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Asia Analyst iOS app by authorized business users.

• Google account identifier (for sign-in)

• Business and workflow data

• Customer details entered in the app

• Order details (product data, quantities, notes, statuses, approvals)

• Uploaded assets (such as design images and generated PDF files)

• Device token for push notifications

• Basic app/session data needed for authentication and synchronization

• Permission-based data

• Photo Library access (to attach images)

• Camera access (to capture images, if used)

• Face ID / Touch ID (optional quick unlock)

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Authenticate users and enforce role-based access

• Create, process, and manage orders and approvals

• Sync app data across authorized devices (via iCloud/CloudKit)

• Send workflow notifications (via APNs)

• Maintain security, reliability, and app functionality

4. Authentication, Sync, and Notifications

Asia Analyst uses:

• Google Sign-In for account authentication

• Apple CloudKit (iCloud) for backend data storage and synchronization

• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) for order/workflow notifications

5. Face ID / Touch ID

If enabled by the user, Face ID/Touch ID is used only to unlock the app session quickly and securely on-device.

We do not collect, access, or store biometric templates (face/fingerprint data).

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data. We do not share data for third-party advertising.

Information is shared only as required to operate the app with service providers above (Apple/Google) and internally with authorized users according to assigned roles and permissions.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including Apple platform security features and secure storage mechanisms where applicable (for example, Keychain for sensitive local session data).

8. Data Retention

We retain data as long as necessary for business operations, legal obligations, and legitimate administrative needs. Data may be deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request to:

• Access your information

• Correct inaccurate information

• Delete information (subject to legal/operational requirements)

You can also manage device permissions (Photos, Camera, Notifications, Biometrics) from iOS Settings at any time.

10. Children’s Privacy

Asia Analyst is a business application and is not directed to children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
